Well it appears that it’s time to test my faith
I've said all along that if we're meant to be in the "deer" house, then it'll still be there when we're ready to make a decision on the old house.

The Realtor called BJ today and said that someone had placed an offer on the house. The good news is that the offer has a contingency as well as a bid of 25,000.00 lower than the sales price. The even better news is that BJ now seems very interested in the house.

The bad news is that BJ is on the road until Saturday and then we have a company party to go to soon after he comes home. This means that we won't be able to go out to measure and look at possibilities for BJ's media room until Sunday. There is no way that I'd agree (even if BJ wanted to) to signing a contract until we're sure that BJ can have his media room. It's his dream, therefore it's my dream too.

I feel surprisingly calm about the whole thing. I think it's because I have such a STRONG core belief in the fact that everything happens for a reason and if I'm meant to experience something, then I will.

So, I'll just wait patiently until Sunday and feel confident in the fact that we'll end up where we're supposed to end up. That's a pretty darned good feeling.
