Way to make Mommy’s day, there S1
Cameron called me this morning to offer his condolences. Since I rarely watch anything live on TV, much less the news, I'm almost always unaware of what's going on in the world around me. Trust me, it's better this way.... Anyhoo, anyone who knows me, knows that I think Boston is the greatest band on the face of the earth. I've been to more of their concerts than any other concert combined. Cameron informed me that the lead singer, Brad Delp died yesterday. He got this news from his friend, my pseudo son (the one that sings Def Leopard karaoke with me!). ::cries:: Freddy Mercury, and now Brad Delp? OK, I know Freddy was a good long while ago, but I still get emotional over it. Shut up! I'm very sensitive. Freddy and Brad are gone and Barry Manilow lives. Where's the fairness in this cruel world? (no disrespect to Barry Manilow or his fans- and I know who you are....) Rest in peace, Brad Delp. Your music will live on as long as this 70's throwback is around. RisibleGirl was blabbing on about another adventure on 03/10 at 11:54 AM
