Extra! This just in!
Just received a call from BJ during a break at his conference in Dallas.

The first words out of his mouth? "Olive is the new khaki".

Me: What?

BJ: I'm surrounded by people wearing olive colored pants. I need olive colored pants.

Me: Honey, Dallas isn't necessarily the mecca for fashion (sorry Dallas people), to which he reminded me that the people from the conference are from all over the world.

BJ: Do you think it's a Spring thing? Maybe they want to look like green stems.

Me: rolleyes

I have a feeling that the fashionista and I will be purchasing olive colored pants this weekend.

Stay tuned for more fashion news....

my husband wouldn't notice if all the men at the conference were wearing purple tutus!

some men (ie: my man) just don't GET fashion. so, i pick out all his clothes. (works for me!)

Say what? Such misconceptions! Oh the horrors!

Dallas IS indeed a fashion mecca, my dear misinformed friend. The world descends on the massive Dallas Market Center for the fashion and apparel shows to stock up for the coming seasons, not to mention the high end clothiers that thrive on the Dallas Divas.

Re: http://www.dallasmarketcenter.com

Really, you should get to know more about our city. Guided tours are available for a nominal fee. wink
