The Wii is harshing my buzz
OK, I didn't have a buzz, but if I did- the Wii would most DEFINITELY be harshing it. I finally got the Wii fitness set up and have given it (the Wii) the ability to blackmail me with topics such as weight and BMI. Believe it or not, that's not the thing that's harshing my buzz. My kids used to hate it when I'd say that, by the way. There are lots of activities you can do with the Wii Fitness. Strength training, Aerobic, Yoga and balance training. Apparently I'm not at ALL balanced (anyone surprised? I'm not, nor would anybody standing behind me in line at the train station.). I went through all of the balance exercises in which you receive a score of 0-5. I was 0 on all of them except one- in which I scored a big fat 1. I also had a hard time following one of the aerobic things. It kept stopping and telling me that I need to pay more attention (well, not in those exact words) and follow along. I also, apparently, swing too late when I play baseball. I didn't hit even ONE ball. On the plus side- I'm an excellent bowler; something I can't take claim to in real life. This Wii had better look out after it helps me to be more fit, otherwise it might find itself with a black eye after all the insults I've taken today. ha ha ha that is funny. I really don't need something that insults me, but I do need a personal trainer that doesn't take no for an answer. . . kind of like Oprah's. How would that be? xxoo ~a    ![]() heidi wrote:
LOL! I can just hear you yelling at the screen too as you're being scolded. ha ha! Poor sis! We'll have to go bowling together...Wii style of course. :-D    ![]()    ![]() Jennifer wrote:
I bought my husband a Wii for Christmas and was beside myself thinking it the PERFECT PRESENT. Thing hasn't been used more than ten times, and that was mostly my kids battling Guitar Hero on Christmas Day.    ![]() sarah wrote:
Baseball's impossible, but bowling is great fun - especially the training. Are you any good at golf? I find that The Ladies tend to get in the way of being able to make a good swing. And short of unhooking my bra and throwing them over my shoulder, there's not really much to be done about that. Next entry: I'm SO sure.... Previous entry: Conundrum In case you're wondering....
