Sharing time!
I received this information from one of my friends when I explained to her that I had some fear-based procrastination going on. I loved what she sent me and I thought I'd share it here in case someone else might be experiencing this type of thing: I wanted to share this info I got from a unemployment support group at [name of group deleted intentionally]. It's a bit "new age", so forgive me if it's not your cup of tea. If you've ever watched the movie "The Secret" or believe in manifesting your destiny, then this will probably makes sense and be of some help. Here goes: Cool, eh? Even if you belong to an organized religion, I believe that this stuff is universal and can help anyone in the situation in which I found myself. Back to work for me. My employer is a real slave-driver. Giddyup.

I LOVE your co-worker. He's not exactly in the cubicle next to you, looks like he might be wanting to take over your computer. But how can you resist those beautiful brown eyes? loved the post. I think we can apply this to all our lives, no matter what situation we are in. Great advice. ~a    ![]()    ![]()    ![]() PrincessFifi wrote:
Hey-O! At least you can pet your boss. But trying to get work done could be a challenge with him eyeing you balefully the whole time. I really needed to read that help-advice. Makin' the change to insulin today so things seem a bit scary. But then isn't all change a bit scary? I'm going to feel soooo much better and yet I'm scared. Go figure. The gym was scary the first time too. Now I love it! So you just visualize yourself to a new level of confidence, and if that doesn't work, do it to avoid the stink-eye from your furry new boss. Love you! Feefs    ![]() maloneokie wrote:
You have stayed so positive during this time of "tranition". Your boss looks tough - keep plenty of treats around! Hee hee. You WILL land sunny side up and you must continue words of encouragement.    ![]() cube wrote:
Fear based procrastination sounds like the story of my life at the moment. Maybe the economy will improve & I'll feel better. Yeah right, at least you have a gorgeous boss.    ![]() Yvonne wrote:
