Little buddy is getting a sister!
I've had Little Buddy for what, three months now? Yeah- I just went and looked. Three months.

Anywayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, I've been thrilled with Little Buddy. My floors are ALWAYS clean because if I see even a speck, it's time to ROOMBA! I've been contemplating the Scooba since about a week after getting Little Buddy, but wanted to wait to see if I'd tire of "LB". The Scooba vacuums, then mops and sucks up any extra water (we'll see about that... I'll probably have to go over the floor with a dry towel afterward...) Most of the downstairs is hardwood flooring, so there's a lot of mopping to be done.....especially if you're a little OCD and like to see a shine at ALL TIMES!

I finally ordered LB2 (Little Buddy 2) on Saturday, and it should be here this week. I found a GREAT deal on it, by doing a Google search and clicking on one of the compare prices tags. I found one for 235.00 (with free shipping!). Since having LB (and now LB2) the idea of hiring someone to clean my house hasn't even crossed my mind. I keep my house picked up and counters wiped down every day anyway, so all that's left to do on the weekend is clean the bathrooms and dust. Even though these 'toys' are expensive, I'm saving money based on what I've paid in the past for maid service.

/justification

If LB broke tomorrow, he'd get replaced immediately. THAT's how much I love that thing. Now LB will be assigned upstairs duty while LB2 does the downstairs. While they're working, I'll be sitting on my butt eating bon-bons.

Yeah, RIIIIIIIIIIGHHHHHHHHHHT. Most likely, I'll be finding something else to obsessively clean.

I would LOVE LOVE LOVE a little buddy but I'm afraid it would choke to death on pet hair in my house.

That or the cat would kill it.

Not coincidentially, LB (as well as lil' sis) also have no gallbladder.
