Just wondering….

Is it wrong to eat salami while working out on a stair stepper?

It occured to me that perhaps today's workout would be more effective if I wasn't eating fatty snacks in the process.

I think if you get this many people laughing, then the cumulative weight loss of all of us rolling on the floor cancels out the salami

I always thought that while you were stairstepping everything was "free fat".

if you skip the stair stepper and just eat, you'll feel less guilty.

Consider the meat as protein and therefore it's helping to build your muscles.
If you convince yourself the fat is good fat, then you have nothing to worry about.
Protein and good fats. What's wrong with that? Heck, I'm the one on the crazy diet
who's allowed bacon and eggs any time. hehe

It was low carb. What's the big deal?

I eat tons of carbs then chase it down with a few steaks...They offset one another and it's like I didn't eat anything at all...right?

wouldn't it depend on whether or not you spit or swallow?

I can't help but wonder if we were twins separated at birth. Your site is awesome! Plus I'm starting to wonder if we are the same "ex" religion. Honestly. Did you sing Popcorn Popping on the Apricot Tree when you were little?

And Risible Girl's site is low on carbs...

Hmmm... I just noticed the girl on the stair who questions the salami also has a picture of a pie on her sidebar...

No. The important thing is that you enjoyed the salami. Who cares WHEN you eat it, as long as you're burning it off sometime during the day.

I'm thinking maybe turkey salami would probably be slightly more acceptable.
