I’ve married an old man
BJ's new x-box game of choice has been Tiger Woods 2005. He seems to really like to play with the features that allow him to choose new attire. Sometimes he even asks me if the new 'outfit' looks OK. As far as I'm concerned, as long as he's not wearing shorts with black socks and sandals, it's all good. I would like to see him in a kilt sometime, but that's another story.

From what I gather, you buy these things with money you've earned by winning the golf tournaments. You can also buy golf equipment, but I'm more interested in the clothes.

This morning, I'm catching up to blogs minding my own business when I hear him muttering under his breath so I asked him what was wrong. Here's where the "I married an old man" part comes in...

He said that he now has a nose ring and can't get rid of it. Apparently he thought he was buying a ring, because you know, rings really help your golf game...

So, he picked out a "bull ring" thinking it was going to be a ring with maybe a silver bull on it? Well, you young kids will know what a bull ring is (and frankly, so did I...) For the older generation, it's one of these (I decided to illustrate using an actual bull though):

Thanks honey, this is EXACTLY what I needed to keep you in line....

Jaxon's new Xbox game, Blinx the Time Sweeper, also lets him change out the uniforms down to the character's tattoos. I think that's the most addictive part of the game.

LMAO...does it come with a matching chain? I've seen people walking around with their partner on a chain. How about a black eye patch like a pirate? I could see him as a pirate. Or don't pirates play golf?

Tiger Wood golf ROCKS. My girls have developed an interest in going out on the golf course with me since they started playing.

Oh, and my character wears the shorts and sandals. I'm not crazy about his tattoos, but he'll do until I unlock some more.

LMAO. I almost spit out my water when I read that. And yes, I can understand the Tiger Woods addiction - the game is GREAT when it is raining out and you can't get to the real thing. wink
