I’m tossing that bottle of Vietnamese hot chili garlic sauce
My bachelorette days have been fun and I've followed through with everything on my list. Today I'm regretting my overindulgence of the Vietnamese hot chili garlic sauce, however. When I say overindulge, I mean, I put LOTS of it on my dinner last night, and did it again for lunch today. I've avoided eating it because I didn't want BJ to have to deal with dragon breath. Little did I know that I'd have to deal with dragon butt. Here's a visual, in case I haven't been clear enough:

This, gentle readers, is what my butt feels like. I decided to use a glamorous looking cartoon character to offset the mental image you're bound to get.

On an up note, here are my stats for this week.

Exercise: 2 hour hike on Saturday; 1/2 hour Monday and Wednesday, and one hour on Friday on the trampoline
Water: At least 64 ounces every day
Calorie average: 1406 per day
Weight loss this week: 2 lbs.
Total weight loss: 5 lbs
