I’m gonna do it!
I've decided to make the move. If they can match my current salary and make telecommuting (just as I'm doing now) part of the hiring package, then I'm going for it.

I made my pro and con list, weighed the options, and made the decision by Saturday morning. I sent an email to person I'd work for and have never looked back. Not even a twinge of regret or fear. Just peaceful, calm feelings. I certainly know what that means. smile
