As mentioned yesterday, I decided to go ahead a have my hair foiled. I quit having coloring services for a year because I couldn't stand being a captive audience to the hairdresser. I really like my new hairdresser, so don't mind spending the time in the chair. She apologized for not being very social while foiling- explaining that short hair is difficult to foil. I told her that I was actually enjoying the silence.

Hint to hairdresser alert.... if you want me to continue coming and TIPPING YOU VERY WELL, keep your yapper shut!

Anyhoo- last time I was there, she said that it would be really fun to have a heavy foil to go along with the fun 'doo.

Here I am with foil all over my head, making me temporarily safe from aliens. Yay!



You'd think that sitting under a hair dryer would be miserable because it's still kinda summer here. Actually, it was quite relaxing and it gave me a nice pink glow! (oh wait- maybe that's hormones...)


And here's the final product. Well, not totally final- this is the hairdressers version of the 'doo. I look extremely crabby in this picture, but I'm not. It was the only one that wasn't all blurry, so this is all you get until I do my own hair. Now considering botox for the eyebrow cleavage.


I like it! Since most of my head is growing the white stuff anyway, I think the old adage "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" is very fitting.

Oh- by the way, I've decided to not continue down the 'Posh' path. I like my hair just.like.this. except (new goal!) the bangs a little longer.
