High school pranks
I've mentioned a time or two that I'm a bit of a prankster. High school was my training ground.

Most of my pranks didn't involve anyone other than me and my victim(s). My favorite prank, however, required that I put together a team. Another clear indication that I was born to be a manager.

In my senior year of high school I rounded up several friends to check out all of the books in an entire section of the library. Not only did I recruit people to check out the books, I convinced one of the student librarians to play along. We did it all in one day before the librarian really had a chance figure out how to come up with a culprit. We kept an entire section of books checked out for a week. Oh how I wish I had a camera back then because it was really odd looking.

The librarian did eventually figure me out to be the ring leader (I had a reputation for being a prankster even then) and wrote something about it in my yearbook. So now, I'll always have permanent proof of my large scale high school prank.

Yes, Mom and Dad, I really AM proud of myself. tongue rolleye

That's hilarious. I would love to see the librarian continue to stare at the section. Great one.

I don't remember who did it, but when I was in high school somebody closed all the doors and let a bunch of crickets loose. The librarian was about 4 feet tall and old as the hills. She was NOT amused.
