Congrats on the weight loss! And it IS good to see you again. hahahah you are fun to listen to and watch.

OK, so the only thing I have done for my diet is start drinking more water and cutting carbs, but I haven't gotten to the exercise yet. I will have to do push ups too, that is a good way to strengthen these granny arms so they don't keep on waving after I have stopped.

Sis~Is it Cozy or Chairman Meow?
I don't know if you have a blog or not, so I will convey my condolences through RG. Sorry about your pet. I know the grief you feel. I had a parakeet who lived to be 9. He said about 20 different sentences, and brought all sorts of fun and life into our house. I cried for 2 weeks after he died. I still miss him. It is HORRIBLE to lose a pet. My heart aches for you.

((((hugs to you both))))

Cozy is my sis and Chairman Meow is her funny as heck husband. Sis doesn't have a blog, but I keep after her to start one. One day....

The pushups are great. Do you have one of those big exercise balls? They really help with both the sit ups and the push ups. Makes a HUGE difference. I know what you mena by the granny arms. Blech. I hate it when I see them waving out of the corner of my eye when I'm doing something. Makes me cringe!

MR, you are so freakin' cute. I love watching your facial expressions.
And I'm glad you escape with reality TV..with your work responsibilities, you NEED to escape into something!
Congrats on the weight loss... water water water. I'm right there with you, Sweetie.

And to dear Cozy.. I'm so very sorry. I have 4 cats, I understand. Our favorite feline passed away 5 years ago at age 13, and he was such an extraordinary cat. I still cry thinking about him. I had asked for a sign that 'Snowball' was ok, and had made it over the rainbow bridge. That afternoon I saw a rainbow.. in mid Dec, in NY. Not something one sees that time of year. I knew it was my sign.
Your little one will always be in your heart, and will be waiting for you someday on the other side of that rainbow bridge. (((Cozy)))

I need to email you to see how you're doing. Stay tuned!

Thank you for your support on my reality TV watching! You're right- I do need an escape and it's better than say, booze or drugs. tee hee.

Sending heartfelt wishes to Cozy and Chairman Meow. ((((HUGS))))

RisibleGirl replied:
It was great, but BER came home earlier than I expected. I had 15 minutes. Hardly any time for cat fights! wink

RisibleGirl replied:
Yes you should. First, get yourself a really cool post-surgery negligee though. Not that I want to see you in negligee, but I'm sure the guys will!
