Hey, cool!
Thanks to an idea from one of my newest blog reads, I've added a new feature to my blog. I use pseudonyms for the people in my life, and the list is getting rather long. I was considering putting a cast of characters in my side-bar, but I think that most people read blogs through bloglines (I do!) and so that wouldn't be very helpful. Now you can just place your mouse over the top of the pseudonymn and you'll see who I'm talking about.

I introduce to you my cast:

Riley

I'm sure I've forgotten someone, but eh- I have things to do. tongue wink

I don't think I do any particular kind of meditation at all - I just close my eyes and try to still my mind. And it is amazing how many thoughts suddenly begin to pop out. I try not to get too involved in them. I imagine they are shooting golden stars against a black velvet night - I observe but don't get involved.
