Have I mentioned how much I like my new boss?
This new department is so great and supportive and- ready for this? COHESIVE. It's really hard to get used to.

I've been feeling stupid because I don't know everything I need to know to do my job, yet I've been receiving good job awards (copied to my boss, her boss and HER boss), lots of thanks and statements of "you're awesome" and "I can't believe you're able to do that". And best of all, they've been going to my manager to tell her that I've already made a huge difference. And I feel stupid. Imagine what it'll be like when I know what I'm doing, eh?

I mean really, people are giving me credit for what I'm doing! Wow! I'm just not used to this.
