I am back to work today after having a week off. I'm beginning to REALLY look forward to retirement because it was really hard to get into the work mode. Well, until I opened up my work email and saw almost 200 messages. That'll wake you up right quick.

I still have decisions to make that I've left sitting out there in the "I don't want to think about this right now" space. It seems that either:
1. Someone is trying to get a message to me or
2. Management has an inkling of the decisions I need to make

...because I had several "we're so glad you're with us, Lori" messages in my in-box today, making it almost seem like everyone was in kahoots about keeping me in the department. I really need to gather some more info so I can make up my mind on this and not be tempted by sweet-talking. I'm a sucker for sweet-talk.

In other news, I'm about half way done with editing photos. It's been more work than I'd anticipated because my flash wasn't bright enough and I needed to change the composition of most of the photos- so I'm basically doing some sort of editing (cropping, lightening, deleting, etc.) on every one of the 1000 photos. I think they'll be nice when I'm done. I hope so, anyway.
