A good day for shopping
Sunday was the first day that hubby didn't have to work in at least a month. I decided to give him the gift of some alone time in the house. He and I both love our alone time in the house. I get lots more of it, since I telecommute three days a week. As much as I dislike shopping (I save the word 'hate' for more intolerable situations, but shopping is really close...), I decided to shop. I decided that the exersize, if nothing else, would be good for me. I had no idea I looked so fetching. I was flirted with at Costco. It was a scary-type of flirt, but funny story nonetheless. I was looking at the Novaform 'space age' memory foam toppers for our bed (review will be forthcoming) and this scary back woods type of man put his hand on the same memory foam pillow that I had my hand on. He said, "This is weird stuff. I bet if I bought it, I'd get a girlfriend" while looking straight at me. I fled the scene immediately, thinking to myself, "ummm no, but I'm sure teeth might help." I went back later to pick up my memory foam items when I was sure the scary man was gone. Sure enough, I'm in the three pound bag coffee that only last me three weeks aisle, and there he is. He looked at my memory foam (no, that's NOT another way of saying 'boobs') and gives me this weird, Deliverance type of look. I decided it was time to leave Costco. Rats, I didn't even get my 2 pound bag of bacon bits. RisibleGirl was blabbing on about another adventure on 11/08 at 04:11 AM
